Dr Randall holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of London. She has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wales, Bangor. She is a registered Chartered Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society. She has been employed by Conwy and Denbighshire NHS Trust as a Clinical Psychologist since 2006.

She lectures on the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme at the University of Wales, Bangor, on various areas, including personal development and mindfulness based interventions. She supervises and trains graduate students from the Bangor Doctoral Training Programme in the area of Child Psychology. When not working with Clerkin Psychology Services Ltd or in her independent practice, she works locally for the NHS in a community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.

Prior to training, she was a Research Associate at the University of Liverpool and Manchester Universities. She has worked on a large MRC funded research project investigating compliance to medication in people with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. She trained mental health professionals and graduate students on the Liverpool Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme in aspects of serious mental illness. She has also been involved in training undergraduate medical students in communications skills.

During her career, she has conducted psychological assessments and therapy with children, young people and adults with problems ranging from mild anxiety to serious mental illness.

Instructions / Referrals Considered

Dr Randall is happy to consider instruction in medico-legal assessments, particularly relating to psychological trauma following road traffic accidents.

She offers therapy for adults with a range of emotional and behavioural problems.
